Rebecca Bailey-Torres, M.S., CCC-SLP is employed by Washoe County School District as a special education program consultant. She graduated with her Master's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2000. She has earned several ACE awards for continuing education from ASHA and was awarded a Good Idea Grant from the Nevada State Education Association in 2008. Rebecca previously served as both Vice President and Treasurer of NSHA.
